The Hays Area Chamber of Commerce and Western Beverage are putting the Show Biz spotlight on Pheasant Run Restaurant for the month of May.

Pheasant Run Restaurant, located at 3201 Vine Street, has been family owned and operated for 31 years and employees 12 individuals. The restaurant serves all day breakfast and lunch seven days a week. They have worked hard at keeping their menu homemade, including pies, soups and daily lunch specials.

Being a family owned and operated business has enabled them to put lots of children and grandchildren thru college as all of the children and grandchildren have worked in the business sometime during their lives.

The family is starting to renovate the front entry of the restaurant and plans to continue their renovations into the dining room a little at a time.

At Pheasant Run Restaurant, their motto is, “You want the best, we have the best”.
